General Conditions

Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. All discounted products are considered final sale.

Once the order has been completed by the customer, the products will be shipped within two business days.

Shipping costs and return arrangements are the customer’s responsibility. Products may also be returned in store.

For hygiene reasons, clothing items such as socks, cycling shorts, and outerwear cannot be returned.

Returned products must include everything that was included in the original shipment, such as tags, boxes, documentation, and accessories. All returned products must be in new condition.
